This is an indication of the hard disk failure or you have not installed the OS correctly into the Hard Disk.
Below is the suggested step to repaird this failure
1.0 Make sure you have correct OS CD, the Hard Drive is connected properly both power supply and data cable.
2.0 Format the Hard Drive - Full format. If you install window XP service pack 2, it will prompt for the option to format the Hard Drive.
3.0 If Hard Drive formatted is failed.. Something is wrong with your hard drive... The best suggestion is bin them and buy new one...
4.0 Once Formatted complete, install the OS accordingly
This will resolve the Boot Failure.
